PRICES:
Prices on our website are shown in British pounds and are correct for books which we have in stock.
We are happy to accept payment from overseas customers and you will be charged by your credit card company in your local currency.
TAX:
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not payable on books.
DISCOUNTS:
Libraries and institutions may be eligible for a discount on all purchases.
ORDERS FROM BOOKSHOPS:
Please send order by e-mail.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via our website, and by cheque in British pounds, US Dollars or Euros, or by transfer to our UK bank account for orders received by post.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We cannot accept return of books without proof of purchase.
We will replace any faulty book and pay any postage costs incurred in returning it to us.
We will not be responsible for postage costs incurred in returns and exchanges which are neither faulty nor incorrectly supplied.
Other than fault items and items supplied in error, returns will only be accepted within 21 days of purchase, and by prior agreement.
